| Specimen in CLOtest
Gel: Please use TZAM Specimen Collection and Shipping Kit I.
Place an individual CLOtest plate into a small zip-locked bag,
place small bags (up to 10) into a large zip-locked biohazard
specimen bag, and then put the specimen bag into a box, Pack
the requisition and box into UPS pre-labeled package, send by
UPS overnight. Place specimen in 4℃ refrigerator if not be mailed
out right away.
Specimen in Lysis Fluid:
Please use TZAM Specimen Collection and Shipping Kit II. Place
biopsy tissues into a TZAM vial with lysis buffer, screw cap
tightly, put the specimen vial into a larger tube, place large
tubes (up to 10) into a zip-locked biohazard specimen bag,
and then put the specimen bag into a box, Pack the requisition
and box into UPS pre-labeled package, send by UPS overnight.
Place specimen in 4℃ refrigerator if not be mailed out right
away.
